A project is a single job for a client — your estimates, invoices, labor, and materials all roll up to it. Your plan sets how many projects can be open at the same time. Estimates and invoices within a project are always unlimited, so progress billing is never limited. Closing a finished job frees the slot for a new one, and you can upgrade anytime to run more at once.
It's always safe to downgrade — your data is never deleted. If a smaller plan allows fewer active projects or less history, the extra items are archived and become read-only, not removed. Everything reappears exactly as it was the moment you upgrade again.
On any plan, you can take a photo of a materials receipt or supplier invoice from your phone. Dash runs a vision model to automatically extract vendor details, line items, quantities, and pricing, letting you drop them directly into your project as materials costs.
